Randall J. Teti

Randall (“Randy”) Teti is a trial attorney and a Director of the firm.

As a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation group, Randy handles commercial and business disputes with a particular concentration on cases in the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Randy also regularly practices in the Delaware Court of Chancery as both lead and Delaware counsel. His experience includes representing stockholders, officers, and directors in governance disputes and statutory proceedings under the Delaware General Corporation Law and Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

Ashby & Geddes has one of the preeminent medical negligence and personal injury practice groups in Delaware’s history. Randy has successfully represented injured victims in some of the jurisdiction’s most significant medical malpractice and personal injury cases. His creativity, attention to detail, and intense work ethic have helped recover millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through trial and negotiated settlement.

Prior to joining Ashby & Geddes, Randy clerked for the Honorable Andrea L. Rocanelli (Ret.) of the Superior Court of Delaware.
