Biography
Ben Keenan is Of Counsel with Ashby & Geddes and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency group.
His practice focuses on representation of Chapter 7 Trustees and creditors’ rights. His representations include liquidating trustees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, contract counterparties, and numerous defendants in adversary proceedings under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Mr. Keenan is a graduate of Kenyon College, with distinction, and Widener University, School of Law, cum laude.
