Samuel M. Gross | Law Clerk*
Sam Gross* is a law clerk in the Corporate Litigation and Counseling Group. He joined the firm in 2020 and is an applicant for the Delaware Temporary Limited Practice Privilege, which allows for the limited practice of law in light of the cancellation of the 2020 Delaware Bar Examination.
A native of Ohio, Mr. Gross holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan. He graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lawrence R. Leonard of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as a student advocate in the prestigious Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, and as a teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy courses. Mr. Gross was a graduation recipient of the Gambrell Professionalism Award for his dedication to public service, professionalism, and integrity.
*Not yet admitted to practice in Delaware. Mr. Gross is supervised by attorneys of the Firm who are admitted to the Delaware Bar.
