Ashby & Geddes serves as counsel to Nanogen, Inc. and affiliates (the “Debtors”) in their bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  In connection with that representation, Ashby & Geddes advised and assisted the Debtors in obtaining the Bankruptcy Court’s approval of the sale of substantially all of the Debtors’ assets as a going concern under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.  The Ashby & Geddes team representing the debtors consists of Bill Bowden, Ricardo Palacio, Karen Skomorucha and Stacy Newman.  The case is captioned In re: Nanogen, Inc., et al., Case No. 09-11696 (KJC).

Ashby & Geddes represents the Monitor of SkyPower in commencing a proceeding under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code on behalf of SkyPower.  The Ashby & Geddes team on this engagement consists of Gregory Taylor, Karen Skomorucha, and Leigh-Anne Raport.
